Our team has extensive experience in advising on projects involving debt financing for investment and development projects. Our lawyers have repeatedly represented public and private companies, as well as other businesses, in negotiations with financial institutions. These negotiations have covered the terms and conditions and documentation of financing, including debt financing and hybrid forms of financing, such as mezzanine financing.

The scope of advisory services:

  • developing financing structures and assumptions;
  • negotiating the terms and conditions of financing with financial institutions;
  • preparing legal documentation relating to the provision of financing and the establishment of security interests;
  • providing ongoing legal support throughout the financing period.

Counselling for the Polmlek group at obtaining financing from Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. for purchasing shares in Agros-Nova Soki sp. z o.o.

Counselling for Patrivita sp. z o.o. (the Polmlek group) in connection with obtaining  bank financing. The scope of the work has included participation in the process of negotiating the terms and conditions of granting financing, and preparing legal documentation.

Advice provided to Polmlek Group on obtaining financing for purchasing shares in Rolmlecz and Lacpol

Advice provided to Polmlek Group on obtaining financing.  The scope of counselling included participation in negotiations and preparation of documents in connection with the transaction.

Advice provided to VGL Group in connection with acquisition of shares in Solid Logistics

Advice provided to the investor VGL Group, one of the largest logistics operators in Poland, on the acquisition of shares in Solid Logistics sp.z o.o. - a global logistics operator providing comprehensive logistics services based on sea, air, road and rail transport. The transaction included conducting due diligence, preparation of transaction documentation and participation in negotiations.
