Counselling for the majority shareholder of Europa Systems sp. z o.o. (the industrial sector) in connection with selling the company’s shares to Paged S.A. The scope of  counselling has covered the development of the structure of the transaction, the company’s legal audit, negotiating the terms and conditions of the transaction, and developing complex documentation of the transaction. The value of the transaction: ca. PLN 90 mln.
